ChildCareGroup child development centers provide high quality services that address the developmental needs of children while their parents work, attend school or training. Our early care and education programs focus on developing and maintaining consistent out of home relationships, with the goal of supporting the primary relationship between the child and parent.
Relationship-Centered Child Care® or RC3®—our nationally recognized model of care— is practiced in every ChildCareGroup Center. In this model, mixed-aged groups of children are cared in a home-like environment by a constant caregiver for up to three years. Click here for more information about RC3.

Parents and staff enter into a partnership that begins with the first phone call and continues throughout the child’s experience at the center. The primary goals of partnership are to:
- Make the transition into child care as easy as possible for the child
- Help the child develop and retain the image of his parents during the day
- Make reuniting at the end of the day as satisfying and complete as possible
The primary task of the partnership is to develop effective communication around what is in the best interest of the child. The partnership works best in an atmosphere in which there is mutual respect, lack of criticism, acceptance of and respect for the other party’s perspective, and a genuine interest in getting to know and help families.
