is based on a two-tiered rate structure. Providers receive reimbursement for meals served to enrolled children based on economic need as determined by:
The location of the provider;

The income of the provider; or

The household income of each participating child.
Reimbursement rates are set annually by USDA.
The following reimbursement rates will be in effect from
July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009:
