Partners Resource Network (PRN) was established as a non-profit agency in Texas in 1986 to assist families of children with all types of disabilities throughout the State. . . Their mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and their families to be effective advocates and decision makers, and to promote equal partnerships between parents and or individuals with disabilities and professionals. Easter Seals North Texas came about with the merger of the Dallas and Fort Worth regional offices in June of 2007. There are four campuses where services are provided for the growing number of people with disabilities and their families in the metroplex and combined service area. The mission of Easter Seals North Texas is to create opportunities that advance the independence of individuals with disabilities and other special needs.
