there are three ways to register and pay for a training event . . .
online . . . by mail . . . or in person.
to pay online:
Click on CCG Training Calendar to view training topics in the calendar. For a full description of the session you would like to attend, choose the name of the session; then, click on "Register for this event" at the bottom of that page and you will be taken to a secure site to register and pay for the training.
To View a list of CCG trainings for a particular month, click on CCG Trainings List. Choose the month from the drop down menu. From the list of Trainings, click on "Register for the Event" below the training session in which you wish to register. You will be taken to a secure site to register and pay for the training.
After you have completed the registration process, you will receive an Email confirming your registration was received.
to pay by mail or in person:
Click on the CCG Training Calendar or the CCG Trainings List to see a description of all the events in a month. (To print a copy of the calendar, go to "View Full Screen Calendar" on the bottom of the Calendar page.)
Once you determine the training you would like to register for, download and print the Registration Form and Instructions below.
Information regarding where to mail or bring your registration and payment in person are included in the Instructions below.
Please note that your registration will not be complete until payment is received.
If your payment/registration arrives after the session is full, you will receive credit for a future training or your payment will be returned.
Training Sessions are for adults only. Child care is not available.
Cancellation Policy:
If you register for a session and are not able to attend, call 214-905-3543 at least 48 hours prior to the training in order to receive fee credit toward a future training and so we can fill your spot with someone on the waiting list.
